Our recruitment process 

Anonymised recruitment 

We follow an anonymous recruitment process. 

This means personal details about candidates, including their name, age, ethnicity, disability and religion, are only seen by our recruiters once candidates have been offered an interview.

Training our recruiters 

Our recruitment team, hiring managers and interview panel members get training to help them hire people fairly and in an inclusive way. This training helps them avoid bias and hold interviews that are fair for all.
